EDM Machine Part
Completed and assembled EDM machine part. 3D printed part utilizing object scanning to obtain a precise 3D model and then printed using Onyx ESD material. Onyx is a harder material that is perfect for printing parts that are used in electronics. The finished part was ready for installation after one day.
Onyx ESD is a static dissipative safe variant of Onyx — meeting stringent ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety requirements while offering excellent strength, stiffness, and surface finish. It’s best used in applications that require ESD safe materials.
Gas Gauge
Final brass plated gas gauge. Original part was scanned for new object mesh file which was then read by the 3D printer. New part was printed using 17-4 stailess.
